First time at wagamama and pleasantly surprised. I will return to try prawns in another form but loved the Coconut curry prawns, they were delcious...amazing flavours. Peppers were just a little undercooked for me. Staff were nice but no one came to clear our plates before we left and we had to ask for the bill. Seated right opposite the window with no privacy so everyone looks directly at you as they pass by. I'd suggest adding something to the widows for a little privacy for customers 😉

I went with my friends for some late lunch and was served by Bhabuk! He was very kind, and even though we had a issue with our drink, he was very kind and fixed it for us, he also explained how to use the rewards app so we can use it for the next time we come! He was always smiling when he served us and made sure to come over and ask if there’s anything else we needed! Thank you!

Another delicious meal at Wagamama, this time on Great Marlborough Street, service was excellent and the restaurant was not too busy at our later eating time.

Went on Monday 20th Jan for a free ramen deal. The way they catered to the huge influx of people in one go was really well done. The restaurant is clean and well managed, the staff were all lovely and friendly and the food was as tasty as it always is. Special thanks to Zaw who kept checking in on me and refilling my teapot, excellent service!

Hi I entered this horrible establishment met with the arrogant manager. He treated me and my family like nobodies and showed constant disrespect to us. When it came to ordering, we tryed calling the manager but he ignored our request and avoided our table. When it came to us receiving our food. We got all of it except for one plate. The plate that was missing was given to us 30 minutes later to everyone else's. After asking what occurred with the food that at this point was cold. We went to ask about why the food was cold and the manager told us to shut up and go back to our table. DO NOT COME HERE

staff are very slow and quite dismissive, had to ask three seperate waiters for a glass of water, and took half an hour for my boyfriends food to come- which was bland and cold. wont be coming here again.

I visited your restaurant on 3rd January and unfortunately had a disappointing experience due to the behavior of your manager, Jack. Despite the restaurant being completely free of customers, I had to wait more than five minutes to be seated. This delay was unnecessary and showed a lack of respect towards paying customers. As a customer, I expect prompt and respectful service, especially from someone in a managerial position. Jack’s attitude did not meet the standards I passociate with Wagamama, and I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a manager before. If customer service cannot be handled properly, it reflects poorly on the brand and the overall dining experience. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address this issue to ensure better service in the future. Providing good Best food is not enough and it's also matters how you deal with customers Thank you

Zaw was an amazing server, very sweet and attentive. Fast service, yummy food, 10/10 would recommend. Also a bonus our food for the 2 of us came out at the same time!!

Visited a Wagamama after a long time. No issue with ambience or service. But the food not as flavourful as one can expect from a standalone restaurant. But Wagamama is a chain so that’s the best one can get from a chain - like burgers at a Macdonalds.
